Cermak & Inglin, LLP (the “Firm”) was formed in 2018 by experienced environmental lawyers who left Big Law seeking to establish an environment with fewer conflicts, less bureaucracy, and more reasonable rates, while working on the most complex environmental matters with sophisticated clients. We work with clients, some of which are Fortune 500 companies, in a variety of industries including aerospace and defense; building materials; chemicals; food; health care; industrial gases; mining; paints, coatings, optical products and specialty materials; packaging; pulp and paper; real estate; retailing; tire manufacturing; transportation; and uniform and workplace supplies.

Who We Are

We are a strong and cohesive team of environmental lawyers with experience in environmental litigation, compliance counseling, the environmental aspects of transactions, contaminated sites and health and safety. We believe that lawyers who work collaboratively together act in the clients’ best interest and are a force multiplier.

We have a flexible remote work policy and are open to hiring lawyers with a modified work schedule and alternative work arrangements. We work hard, but we want our lawyers to also find balance with their personal life and family.

Experienced Lawyers with Their Own Practices

We are looking for experienced environmental lawyers who would bring their practice to our Firm and would work with us to service the Firm’s clients. As you will note, many of our lawyers have decades of experience. Our clients value (and we value) that experience and judgment which can only be developed through hard work and over time.

Of Counsel, Associates and Contract Attorneys

We are also seeking of counsel, associates and contract attorneys interested in becoming part of our team. With regard to associates (and where appropriate contract attorneys), the Firm is committed to providing training (including training in business development) and in providing increased client responsibility, consistent with increasing levels of experience.
