Koko Masako has been a litigation paralegal for over twenty years focused on drafting pleadings, discovery and correspondence, as well as assisting in document production, and trial preparation. She has a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and a paralegal certificate.

Koko’s focus over the last 5 years has been on environmental litigation. She has most recently brought her litigation experience to bear in a complex multi-party case in which the Firm defended a client (an aerospace company) as the former lessee of multiple industrial properties occupied at various times from the 1950s to 1990s in a cost recovery action brought by a property owner under California’s Hazardous Substances Account Act and common law causes of action. Koko assisted in document review and production, deposition preparation tasks, assisting in the collection of documents for the preparation of expert witnesses, and other related trial preparation tasks.
